It met my expectations. However, it doesn't work, if I don't (smile).
I would recommend this to a friend.

It is small enough for an apartment, stores well.
I can watch TV while using this treadmill and still hear the TV, though it could be a little quieter. It was somewhat difficult to center the walking belt. I am very happy with my treadmill and I actually use it. I would buy this treadmill again.

My wife loves to use this treadmill during the week. It is the perfect setup for her, and she likes manual treadmills the best.
Don't even think about this if you weigh over 250 lbs, (even over 200 lbs.). I weigh 265 and this treadmill cannot hold up to me. True the rating is 250 lbs., but I wouldn't push it.
Easy to use, not confusing, and great especially if you like a manual treadmill.
If your not sure about what to buy, then this is a great way to start, don't jump into a several hundred or thousand dollar treadmill, if you are never going to use it.
Keep trying

I think this is a decent treadmill to have in the home or office. It has two levels of incline which is great, however you can not walk without an incline which is a big downside to this treadmill. Also it would be hard for a tall person to use it as the front handelbars are low. Over all I am happy with my purchase. Not bad for the price.
