I love it. It uses your own power to run the belt so u get a good workout. Not a treadmill for professionals. Great for me beacuase I'm a stay at home mom who wants to loose some weight and tone areas. It gets my heat rate going fast. You do need to stretch before using it. It's compact. Folds up right against the wall. I can leave it out and fold when Im done so it's not in the way. It seems very stable. It doesnt have all the electronic fancy gadgets but who needs those if you are just trying to tone and loose weight. It does the trick for me. It was very difficult to put together but Iam a mom and did it by myself. It was worth the hassel.

After taking a good hour to put the heavy piece of equipment together, I realized that I got what I paid for. After putting the machine together, I realized I totally put two parts on incorrectly and when trying to unscrew them they decided to have the strength of some Greek God and now I have half of the machine on backwards (which still works). Anyway, for the longest time I could not get the tread part from not getting caught in the wheel... later…realized I could adjust it, fixed that.. now I can walk with out stopping three hundred times. Unlike most people I actually use this machine to workout on instead of a clothes rack. I mostly walk because I think it be too dangerous to run too much on it because the tread part is so small you could hit the wrong part, stop completely and jump over your bars like a gymnasts. Granted, I'm not a competitor for the 2008 Olympics, but I don't feel like breaking my neck. In the end if you like to walk and not pay a lot of money for anything, this is your piece of metal... if you want something larger, more durable, and electronic I would suggest not getting this one. However, it does serve its purpose... walking while watching the Food Network is better than not walking at all.
